Welcome to “Her Voice” – an empowering and transformative leadership conference that celebrates the resounding power of women’s voices in shaping our world. In a society where the narratives, experiences, and contributions of women have often been marginalized, it is essential to create a platform that amplifies their voices, acknowledges their achievements, and addresses the challenges they face.
This conference serves as a dynamic space to explore current themes revolving around women’s influence, careers and leadership today, and how women’s voices, expertise, talent, experiences, perspectives, stories and contributions equally drive the thinking, planning and future of different industries.
Reference to diversity, equality and inclusion will be integrated in all panels and workshops, looking at the wealth in diversity of women’s voices from various ethnic backgrounds, professional disciplines, and generations. How their opinions and approaches provide support, guidance , confidence and opportunities to their communities, working to ensure women are equally represented.
Keynote speakers include women and men leaders form international organizations, the corporate world and diplomats. We will have a number of national and grassroots organizations, working in particular on women’s issues, diversity and inclusion.

Speakers
Are you an expert in a topic women would be interested in hearing about? Let us know what WOMEN would benefit by attending YOUR presentation or live demonstration. Refer to key topics section. Send a short biography of yourself (not more than 2 paragraphs), mention the topic you would like to speak on and key messages participants will take away. We welcome expert panel speakers, as well as motivational speakers. Please fill out the form and select the “speaker” option. Deadline for all speaker requests is 31 July 2023.

Speaker expectations.
The PWG Leadership Conferences are different from many other events as they showcase over 50 speakers each year. This is designed to ensure that many voices are heard. Although a speaker is welcomed to pay the full ticket fee, PWG offers speakers a reduced conference fee. Each speaker also has the opportunity to raise their global profile and contribute to the PWG mission by participating.
In order to make our vision of inclusivity possible, speakers are not paid as this would result in the event becoming unsustainable, nor could we have so many speakers and women’s voices heard. . We hope that speakers can see the benefits of being a part of the PWG speaker community and can make the most of their exposure to an extraordinary variety of professional contacts. PWG has a dedicated person in the office to support you. Many speakers go on to become PWG members and then coachers, and facilitators in our executive courses.
