The Phenomenal Women Global Leadership Conference connects women across ages, professions and backgrounds to discuss thought leadership and sharing of best practices on diverse topics including: health & wellness, financial literacy, women in leadership, entrepreneurship, mentorship and career development. Participants also discuss social and legal challenges that women face including gender based violence, diversity, the gender pay gap, discrimination, harassment and restrictive legislation and policies.
Annual Global Leadership Conferences are held all over the world, primarily in Geneva, Boston, Kampala , Johannesburg and we are now expanding to other cities around the globe.The conferences provide opportunities to learn from seasoned and established women and men leaders from all sectors especially, successful African women leaders.

Intergenerational panel discussions on diverse topics and motivational talks are also common features of the conference, in addition to a vibrant market space and networking sessions. At the end of each conference, recommendations based on advice from each speaker are provided to participants and placed our social media platforms. The call at these conferences is for women to step out, discover their great purpose in life act on it, and in turn make impact in our society by giving back to others.
