ABOUT US

Phenomenal Women Global (PWG) is a nonprofit organization based in Switzerland and Uganda with a mission to connect, advance and empower women and girls by supporting their personal and professional growth; developing leadership skills; coaching and mentoring.

We create safe spaces to discuss strategies from women advancing in leadership, career and business and potential challenges faced, as well as eliminating discrimination against women and gender based violence, that stifles women’s progress.

Leadership Conference

Annual Global Leadership Conferences are held all over the world, to improve peoples through empowering discussions with experts

Scholarship Programs

PWG has created a scholarship fund to cover the cost of education of children with potential leadership capacity

Mentoring & Coaching Programs

Supporting women/girls in different sectors by bridging the gap between academic learning and work experiences, and developing soft skills and confidence.

Community Outreach & Partnership Programs

PWG supports community initiatives under its strategic objective of building local leadership capacity.
