“ Celebrating womanhood and the achievements of Women”
Welcome to the Phenomenal Women Global – Women’s High Tea. This is the second edition commemorating International Womens Month. A powerful and inspiring event celebrating womanhood and the achievements of women. The event fosters connections and networking opportunities between women. We would like women to treat themselves, sit back, relax, be entertained with live music and empowering words. Men are welcome to attend as well, we value your role in supporting women.
This event is also a fundraiser to support girls and youth education in underprivileged communities.
PWG has organized this event in collaboration with the African Professional Network Switzerland.
Get ready to be inspired, relaxed and take your life to another level, in the surroundings of Hotel d’Anglettere, Geneva that a classical themed ambiance, with a contemporary and artistic feel.
Join us on the 23 March 2024 at the Hotel d’Anglettere Geneva starting at 14.30
Dress Code: Elegant- Hats , tiaras, fascinators or other head gear is welcome but not compulsory. Hats provided for rent on site if you need one- come early.
Make new contacts over drinks in the relaxed dainty setting of Hotel d’Angleterre. With a photo shoot followed by High Tea service of hot and cold beverages , sweet and savoury delicious dishes freshly made by the in house chef .
Enjoy the tunes of the wonderful artist Azania Noah , who will take you us on a rhythmic journey with her beautiful music. Azania Noah is an award-winning Sierra Leonean-America Swiss singer/songwriter, entertainerand philanthropist, performing more than 800 concerts across the world. She has performed for 4 presidents, won first prize on French TV competition ‘Graines de Star’ on M6TV, and competed on The Voice France, which broadcast to over 8 million people. She also sang at the opening of the Phenomenal Women Leadership Conference in 2022. Read more about her and listen to her music here:
Poetry and motivational speeches on Women’s day serve to honour womens contributions , celebrate their achievements and inspire positive change toward a more inclusive and equitable society. Last year our poems affirmed women and encouraged them to pursue their dreams and deal with adversity . This year, 2024 we will have some very interesting performers, we also welcome the audience to share their poetry and inspirational words as well during the open mic session.
We continue to support girls education ,for underprivileged children. Last year the proceeds raised from the event supported the children in Nazareth children home, in Masaka Uganda, with school fees and also finances to support economic activities- making them self-reliant. In 2024 we continue to support this community and others to grow and ensure children, especially girls are able to get an education and stay in school. All money raised at this event will go in the PWG Education fund that supports girls’ education and the youth in general.
What can you do
Provide items for the raffle and auction. This could include items such a beauty products, art work ,clothe, spa treatments , restaurant treat. Etc.. All people or companies providing this support will be recognized and mentioned at the event and before the event. You are also welcome and appreciate donations before or after the event through our bank or paypall account found here

2024 FAQs
The event is ideally for women of all backgrounds and professions looking to network, be inspired, and just relax and take a break from the business of their lives, in a classy environment. PWG is a diverse, multigenerational and multi-cultural organization.All are welcome .Men supportive of women are also encouraged to attend
Networking, Entertainment: Live music performance, Poetry, Inspirational talks ,fundraising , cocktail, hot and cold beverages ,eat fancy sweet and savoury dishes. Fundraising for girls education.
- Networking, in the open mic session you may share a poem, speech or inspirational words. Mention this in the comments box as you register
- You may also provide donations for girls education during the event or before through our bank account on the website. (see donate tab)- be sure to mention “Girls education”
- Provide items for the raffle, or your business services.
- Provide items for the gift bags- this can also promote your business.
VIP tickets offer reserved seating for VIP guests, enables you to have extra drinks included, and extra gifts in your bag.Priority will also be given to VIPs to share during the open mic session. With a regular ticket, once the drinks provided within the limits of the price are completed,- an open bar (paid)service will be provided. Seating is open.
Elegant- recommended that you wear wear a hat , tiara, fascinator or other head gear . If you need a few hats will be available for rent on sight, so come early.
