📣This year, as part of the Week of Action Against Racism (Semaine d’Actions Contre le Racisme (#SARC) in Geneva, PHENOMENAL WOMEN GLOBAL, in collaboration with the African Professionals Network Switzerland (APNS) , will host panel discussions on racism 28 March 2025.
Supported by the Fédération des Associations d’Afrodescendant.e.x.s et de Noir.e.x.s de Genève (FAANG) alongside the Canton and City of Geneva, this initiative aims to provide a meaningful platform for awareness, dialogue, and empowerment.
Join us for a powerful 2-part panel discussion in Geneva that aims to address racism, mental health, and well-being in both educational and professional spaces.
Panel 1 (coordinated by African Professionals Network Switzerland (APNS)
“Breaking Barriers: Addressing Racism in Schools to Empower the Next Generation of Professionals”
This session will focus on equipping parents and educators with the tools to combat racism in educational spaces and support future leaders.
Panel 2 (coordinated by PHENOMENAL WOMEN GLOBAL)
“Navigating the Intersection of Mental Health, Racism, and Gender: Safeguarding Well-Being Amidst Microaggressions”
A critical conversation on protecting mental health and well-being in the face of racial and gender-based microaggressions in professional environments.

Phenomenal Women Global (PWG) is a nonprofit organization based in Switzerland and Uganda with a mission to connect, advance and empower women and girls by supporting their personal and professional growth; developing leadership skills; coaching and mentoring.
We create safe spaces to discuss strategies from women advancing in leadership, career and business and potential challenges faced, as well as eliminating discrimination against women and gender based violence, that stifles women’s progress.
